Jarrett

This is my wonderful boyfriend Jarrett. He's the sweetest, biggest, baddest, most perfect person I could ask for. I love him with all of my heart and hope to spend the rest of my days next to him. He's taught me things and never lets me forget that he believes in me. We may just be (in the words of pink floyd) two lost souls swimming in a fish bowl, year after year. But at least we're swimming together. Peace and love is all one needs to be comfortably numb, and numb, in the end, is what we all wish to be.

My Girls

My girls are everything to me. They are my best friends and my sisters. That's me on the left, next to me is my cousin Destiny, then my sister Cheyenne, and my sister Lindy on the right. This picture was taken by my boyfriend while we were on a hiking trip at the Wichita Mountains. We had a blast and discovered things that will last in our memories for a lifetime. I encourage others to visit these same mountains and feast your eyes upon natures beauty.

Who knew

On a day such as this one,
There was a girl who knew.
No one was sure what of,
Or why the wind blew.

They did know however,
That this girl knew to little,
To be here telling the histories,
To those old and brittle.

She spoke of past times,
Of days with dragons and lairs.
She spoke of war and defeat,
And a great time of despair.

She revealed wishes and wonders,
And secrets to behold.
Her reasoning was something,
She knew to with hold.

This time is far gone now,
Its ashes gone too.
And it was all brought up,
By the girl who knew.
